Our physiotherapists are experts in treating the musculoskeletal (MSK) system. The MSK system includes the muscles, bone and joints of the entire body including the spine (back and neck), upper extremity (shoulder, arms and hands) and lower extremity (hips, legs and feet).

During your first appointment, your physiotherapist will take time to discuss the reason for your visit and collect all the information pertaining to your condition. This is followed by a physical assessment to confirm the source of your discomfort. Once your physio has diagnosed your condition, he will suggest a treatment plan for your recovery.

Physio care in our downtown clinic will include some combination of dry needling, exercise, stretching, cupping, Graston, shockwave, home exercise and more.
